Fruit and yogurt parfaits are a quick, healthy, and delicious way to start your morning or enjoy a snack. Layer creamy Greek yogurt, fresh fruit, and crunchy granola for a meal the whole family will love!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt plain or low-fat
  • 1 cup mixed fresh berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1 medium banana sliced
  • 1/2 cup homemade or low-sugar granola
  • 1 –2 tbsp honey or maple syrup optional
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds or flax seeds optional
  • Fresh mint for garnish

Equipment

  • 2 Glasses or jars
  • Mixing bowl
  • Spoon
  • Knife and cutting board

Method
 

  1. Spoon 2–3 tablespoons of yogurt into the bottom of each glass or jar.
  2. Add a layer of mixed berries and banana slices.
  3. Sprinkle a layer of granola, then repeat with another layer of yogurt, fruit, and granola.
  4. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired.
  5. Top with chia or flax seeds and garnish with fresh mint.
  6. Serve immediately, or refrigerate for up to 2 days for grab-and-go breakfasts.

Notes

Use plant-based yogurt for a dairy-free option.
Switch up the fruit by season for variety.
Try different nuts or seeds for extra crunch and nutrition.
